This is an absolutely AMAZING book for someone just starting out with learning chainmaille techniques. One of the most difficult things to learn when you're just starting out is everything that goes along with using multiple sizes of jump rings in one design (the dreaded Aspect Ratio discussion), and this book allows the new chainmailler to avoid all of that hassle since every project is done in the exact same size ring -- throughout the entire book. Not only that, but it's a very common (easy-to-get) size, leaving the brand new chainmailler free to focus on the fun part -- technique and design, rather than math (at least at first) and scrambling to find materials. I highly recommend this book for anyone wanting to learn chainmaille. It's a perfect foundation for later learning.One comment I will make regarding the author's suggested materials is that instead of enameled copper (which I find very slippery and actually more difficult to use), I suggest anodized aluminum and bright aluminum from Chainmail Joe, whose products are very affordable and are available here on Amazon in a variety of pretty colors in lots of sizes, including what she used for all her projects in the book. The pictures in her book show another issue with enameled copper and that's that it's very difficult to make the closures look nice (the picture on page 110, as an example). To get started in this craft, you can find two old pairs of pliers in your garage, and then $15 for a huge bag of Chainmail Joe bright aluminum rings (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00NQMKQP8) that will last you for months. As far as craft costs go, that's pretty good! (Well, plus the price of the book...) Later on, once you're firmly ensconced and addicted to chainmaille, then you can invest in better pliers and switch to rings from The Ring Lord or some other specialty supplier if you want.All in all, a fantastic book for the beginner, with easy-to-understand instructions and lots of pretty pictures for inspiration. For more advanced weaves, once you've mastered those in this book, I suggest moving on to the author's other tutorials available from her Etsy page, YouTube videos, and especially her little tutorial pamphlets through Artistic Wire "Basics of Chain Maille" which I found unbelievably helpful when I was just starting out. For more guidance and moral support, I also suggest new chainmaillers join the "Chain Maille" Facebook group.

The instructions seem very good.I like the idea that only one-sized jump ring, is used in all the projects. That was the reason, I purchased this book.There is no information about cutting your own jump rings.I don’t like working with enamel-coated wire, so I would need to cut my own jump rings.There is only one necklace. That project is a 2+2+2 chain. Is that really chain mail?Too many earring and bracelet projects, that probably makes this a book for beginners.I was disappointed.

This makes chain maille easy without having to worry about aspic ratio. You can buy rings and make several items without running into the problem of not having the right combination of ring sizes.

I am in the process of making a bracelet from this book. I like the extra information as well as the clear photos of each step.

For the jewelry makers who are trying chainmail, this a wonderful book. I really enjoy working with jump rings.

I am a beginner and this book has some nice bracelets. Good directions. I'd recommend it.

I bought this on September 30th knowing it was out of stock and it was finally delivered on November 8th. I just opened it and I am very upset because the binding (leather cover) was put on upside down and backwards! I would’ve rated this 100 stars if the binding was put on correctly but I cannot get over this. How dare you send this out without checking the quality of your product! Especially being a Bible!! It’s like a slap in the face to God Himself.

This King James Bible is extremely beautiful . I spent twice as much for it as I usually do for a bible and I am glad that I did. The bible is complete with one year reading plan, verse finder and concordance which are in smaller print than the bible books themselves which are considered giant print. There are also maps and thumb indexing , also a ribbon marker for keeping your place in the books. The ends of the bible are in gold and the outside is super looking so much better than a plain bible.

I loved this Bible. I didn't want one with a lot of excess commentary as I wanted the smallest Bible with the largest print. It is a great Bible to bring to a study and keep in a purse, and yet I can read it easily.

I don't know if I am hurt or ticked off. This was to be a gift for my mother whom I promised I would buy her a beautiful Bible that also had large print and was an red edition. To my surprise the cover is beautiful! The only issue, IT'S BINDED BACKWARDS! All all books to make sure it's accurate, The Bible would it. I thought about keeping it since I order a cover, but now I am in doubt as to the accuracy of the chapter. I even feel disrespected that so little care and consideration was given to the finish product. This is a product which people need to have 100% trust

This bible is very nice, it has a nice leather feel and the pages are a good quality. The cover has a great design and color as well.The pages also has thumb indexing tabs for the books in groups of threes. I like that because it helps me in finding scriptures easier. The words are large print and clear. Also at the back it has beautiful colored maps that are great for study reference. The size of the bible is not large, I wanted a large bible but the large print makes up for it. I'm going to order one for my mother because its a beautiful bible and I know she will love it.

Love this bible it's beautiful inside and out , love the large jumbo print, love that you can see each name of the book of the bible on the outside indicators that makes it easy and fast to find bible scriptures. I'm very happy with purchase. Although, they were out of stock for the first month, but they were very courteous and in constant communication as to when they would be in stock and I feel it was worth the wait.

Great "Holy Bible" to have ! Good size print - easy to read. Page marker comes handy to mark your page. Love the exterior material of the bible. Highly recommended to have this !

reading in the New Testament some of the paragraphs don't line up correctly with the numbers. Other than that its a pretty good Bible as far as the cross reference scriptures on the bottom of the pages, I FIND THEM VERY USEFUL.

This book's primary audience is people 30 and under who are just starting their professional lives post-college. I would highly recommend it to those folks. I cannot recommend it for anyone who is already deep in their career and looking for ways to make a transition out into a more self-directed lifestyle.The author doesn't acknowledge people in the latter circumstance, so I wish the focus was made clear in the book description.That being said, I'm one who can always find nuggets of truth in any book. I found the sections on time utilization helpful where he talks about the day job taking up so much of your day. My job, including commute time, takes up 12 hours of my day. Finding a job with a shorter commute could get me 6+ hours of time back a week that could be spent on earning more money.There are other truths that I picked up as well, but not enough to recommend to my peers.

Many people list Rich Dad, Poor Dad as a favorite personal finance, business, or even real estate book. I love it as well and have read and reread it many times. The truth is though, it doesn't really provide very much in the way of actionable steps to take on a daily basis to achieve your goals. Enter Set for Life!!! This book takes all of the theory and guidance introduced in the Kiyosaki classic but wraps daily actions and habits that every individual can apply to this framework. I envision reading this book every few years as I personally move through the phases that this book lays out in detail. Much sacrifice and creativity is necessary to employ the methods in this book, but life is too unpredictable to not take these actions and secure a lifestyle that is predictable scalable, and able to be controlled.

This book was an absolute game changer for myself and my family. I've always been deeply interested in personal finance and real estate, but this book motivated me to take action. This book released on April 23rd just one week before my wife and I were prepared to sign a new lease on a 3 story, very large town home. Thankfully, Set for Life caught us just in time. We ripped up the lease and decided to totally change our future. We immediately got to work and found a tiny basement apartment for $250 a month with ALL utilities and internet included. It's centrally located, less than 1 mile from both the grocery store and the hospital. So we packed up myself, my wife, our 6 month old newborn daughter and our Shitzu and humbly moved in. Fast forward a few months and we are still here in the basement apartment, happily living WELL below our means saving up piles of cash. My wife works from home and I recently accepted a remote position with a University that I start next week. This is huge considering I drove nearly all day for my former job. I put an average of 150 miles per day on my car, 5 days per week. So this well not only save me gas, maintenance, etc, but it will also be a huge relief for me to not be sitting in a car most of the day. Now that our offices are literally in our home, we'll be selling one of our cars and becoming a one car family. Our next step is hitting the $25,000 cash reserves and we are well on our way. We plan to be a multifamily property and house hack after that. Our goal is to never directly pay rent or a mortgage with our own income ever again. To put it practically, this is how your book changed our monthly cash flow:Previous Rent + Utilities = $1,320/moCurrent Rent + Utilities = $250/mo + $100/mo for a storage unit.Total Savings = $970/mo or $11,640/yrPrevious Total Car Payments + Insurance = $566/moNew Total Car Payments + Insurance = $310/moTotal Savings = $256/mo or $3,072/yrPrevious Average Fuel and Oil Costs = $505/moNew Average Fuel and Oil Costs = $175/moTotal Savings = $330/mo or $3,960/yrTotal Change in Positive Cashflow = $1,556/mo or $18,672yrOver $18,000 per year. That's unbelievable and is absolutely life changing. Of course, there will be more savings, but those are simply the savings from drastically cutting our two largest expenditures.

This book is great for the median income earner trying to learn how to become wealthy through real estate. It lays out a step by step plan to follow and does so in a very logical and systematic way. This book is divided into different sections. First is getting from $0 to $25k. Then from $25k to $100k. Then beyond $100k. There are some really basic concepts that are present in this book that are not present in others that I have read. For example, cutting out your entertainment budget is not healthy or smart. Reduce the largest parts of your budget such as rent and vehicle expenses will give you the most benefits. For example: If you cut your rent in half by sharing an apartment with a roommate that will free up much more cash than cutting reducing your eating out or food budget by 10%. (And wont make you cranky I might add.) However, most other books explain to cut your variable expenses. In fact, the other books should have been recommending we reduce our fixed expenses.The only part about this book that I don't like is that it's written for the young median income earner who is single without any children. There are so many others with dynamic backgrounds that I feel could have been easily included. However, the simplicity is easily adaptable to those who are willing to think outside the box. It definitely got me thinking about ways to better utilize my money to get further into real estate.

It's packed with the type of financial advise I wish I had when I was young and single, or before I bought a house. If you are already married with kids and with a house (specially in a expensive school district), then probably a 1/3 of the advice is not applicable.Still I strongly recommend it. Learn it, internalize it and pass the knowledge to your children. You will do them a favor.For those without children and without a home investment, I implore you to read this book. It will probably change your financial life for the better.
