Monster Hunter Flash Hunter volume 5 picks up with the aftermath of the last volume. Keres is missing and the guild has taken over the search for him. Leaving Torche and Raiga to deal with Keres disappearance.While Torche is sad she manages to keep hope alive. Where as Raiga is left as a defeated shell of his former self. And it's up to Torche and an old Hunter named Rayse to pick up Raigas' spirits.As a whole this volume has quite a bit of downtime, which isn't a bad thing as it helps us find out what makes Raiga tick. If you have followed the series this far, then this volume is an easy recommendation.
Came as expected, and it's good for any fan of monster Hunter
There are a lot of groups in this volume that the action switches back and forth with but the main story has Keres missing and all the guild members out on patrol looking for him. Meanwhile, Raiga and Torche are behind with the wounded and Torche suggests they go to Raiga's village for a breather. Once there they take on a major quest to hunt a legendary monster. A bit all over the place but thoroughly enjoy.
